Miami Dolphins receiver Jarvis Landry spoke to reporters Tuesday for the first time since a domestic violence accusation was made public on Monday.

Landry is currently under investigation for battery due to an incident involving the mother of his child. His girlfriend, Estrella Cerqueira, spoke out on Monday, stating she “was not in any way physically harmed” and that an observer called 911.

On Tuesday, Landry said he did nothing wrong, according to Adam H. Beasley of the Miami Herald.

“I’ve been very up front with the team. I’ve been very up front with the law enforcement. I’m here, at training camp, to help my guys get better,” Landry said.

Beasley adds that Cerqueira filed a paternity suit against Landry in April.
