Houston Texans running back D’Onta Foreman was arrested early Sunday and charged with marijuana possession of two ounces or less and unlawfully carrying a weapon, Brian Davis of the Austin American-Statesman reports.
Foreman was a third-round pick in this year’s draft. He ran for 2,028 yards in his junior season at Texas and was named the Doak Walker winner as the nation’s most outstanding running back in 2016.
Jail records show that Foreman was arrested by the University of Texas police department.
