Imagine that.

At a time when sports venues around the world continue to pull every dollar they can out of paying customers, the Atlanta Falcons are on the cusp of new, respectable territory.

Here’s a look at the incredibly reasonable food and drink prices at Mercedes-Benz stadium, the club’s state-of-the-art facility that’s set to open for Week 3 of the preseason.

The Falcons first unveiled teaser plans for this pricing structure back in May 2016, with owner Arthur Blank adding that the idea would be permanent and simply based upon a core philosophy of thanking fans.

Along with some other incredible features in the new stadium – including a halo-shaped video board that sits underneath the retractable roof – affordable concessions could go a long way toward making Atlanta home to one of the best fan experiences in the NFL.

The Falcons’ first home game will be an exhibition matchup against the Arizona Cardinals on Aug. 26.
