It appeared that the playing of “Kiss from a Rose” by Seal during Myles Garrett‘s contract-signing ceremony was a move out of left field when the Cleveland Browns inked their top draft pick in May.

However, a pattern seems to be forming.

While finalizing first-round tight end David Njoku‘s rookie contract on Thursday, Young Thug’s “Check” played in the background, which was much more fitting for such an event, as the rap song is about getting paid.

With one more first-round signee to go, who knows what Jabrill Peppers will be listening to as he officially joins the Browns.
