Dontari Poe‘s diet is paying off – assuming he has one.

The Atlanta Falcons nose tackle weighed in under his 340-pound goal, meaning he’ll receive his $125,000 bonus, he and head coach Dan Quinn confirmed to ESPN’s Vaughn McClure.

Poe signed a one-year, $8-million deal in March and can reportedly make up to $475,000 in weight bonuses if he can get under 330 pounds by the start of training camp.

The two-time Pro Bowler was listed at 346 pounds prior to Tuesday’s weigh-in.
