New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is imploring his team to put their Super Bowl LI victory behind them as they seek to defend their title.

Belichick is known for his legendary focus and quipped that the Patriots were “five weeks behind” in their draft preparation, a day after capturing the Super Bowl.

The Patriots celebrated their most recent triumph with a ring ceremony on June 9, a private event held at owner Robert Kraft’s home.

Belichick believes his team has enjoyed their win sufficiently.

“It was a great night, but we need to move on to 2017. We’ve had enough parades, celebrations, everything,” Belichick said via ESPN’s Mike Reiss.

The Patriots are widely considered the favorite to repeat as champions next season, and Belichick is doing his all to keep his team focused on winning their third title in four years.
