Calvin Pryor joined the Browns from the New York Jets via a trade Thursday, but the safety likely already earned himself some fans in Cleveland with a tweet during last year’s NBA Finals between the Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors.

Following a Game 5 win for the Cavs, in which Kyrie Irving put up 41 points and Steph Curry continued to struggle to find his MVP form, Pryor tweeted out a pro-Kyrie take.

The tweet resurfaced thanks to the Browns’ official Twitter account after the team acquired Pryor.

Pryor, a former first-round pick of the Jets, was moved for linebacker Demario Davis after three seasons in New York.

The Finals rematch between the Cavaliers and Warriors tips off Thursday night.
