The identity of the journalist who allegedly stole New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s jersey after Super Bowl LI has been revealed.

Mauricio Ortega, a former executive with Honduran newspaper Diario La Prensa, is the culprit behind Brady’s jersey theft, a source told NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. The FBI and the Patriots’ security team worked in conjunction to retrieve the stolen goods.

FS1 released a video that shows a reporter – believed to be Ortega – entering the Patriots’ locker room following their victory over the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI. Ortega walks behind Patriots special teams ace Nate Ebner and eventually follows linebacker Kyle Van Noy.
