The Los Angeles Chargers and Cleveland Browns are interested in free agent Geno Smith, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports, though it appears neither team has set up a visit with the quarterback.

Smith has reportedly met with the New York Giants, with Rapoport adding that the visit “went extremely well.”

The 26-year-old told Rapoport that, while he wants the chance at a starting job, he’s willing to take a backup position and learn.

The Giants and Chargers have established starters, so the Browns seem to be the only known interested party that would offer Smith the shot at starting.
