The Carolina Panthers used three of their first four draft picks on cornerbacks in last year’s draft. They may not be done mining the college ranks to restock the position.
The Panthers were at the University of Florida on Monday putting corners Teez Tabor and safety Marcus Maye through a draft workout, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Carolina added veteran corner Captain Munnerlyn in free agency. They also own the eighth and 40th pick in the 2017 draft. Tabor is projected to be selected with pick No. 30 in theScore’s Mock Draft.
