Free-agent guard T.J. Lang will visit the Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks, a source told NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Lang’s previous club, the Green Bay Packers, are also in the mix to bring him back, adds Rapoport.

The 29-year-old made his first Pro Bowl in 2016 after starting 13 games. He has been a regular starter for the Packers since 2011 and has spent his entire eight-year career in Green Bay.

The Seahawks have been in need of an upgrade to their offensive line for several seasons, while the Lions are looking to bolster their line after adding right tackle Ricky Wagner in free agency.
