The Cleveland Browns are in discussions to add free-agent center JC Tretter, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports, citing a source.

The Browns are in need of a roster overhaul and appear to be focusing on their offensive line to begin free agency, as they are reported to be working on an extension for guard Joel Bitonio as well.

Tretter is one of the few notable centers available on the open market. He comes with just 10 career starts, however.

Cameron Erving started 13 games for the Browns in 2016. Tretter may be used along the offensive line if he does in fact join Cleveland.
